Our Story

Why Famora Exists

Famora started from a simple observation: many households in Thailand — particularly those with international members or dual-career parents — are managing a great deal at once. Between shared schedules, differing expectations, and the day-to-day paperwork of family life, small frustrations can quietly become larger ones.

We set up Famora to offer something straightforward: educational programs that teach practical communication skills, and an administrative service that helps families bring order to their own records. No therapy, no legal filing, no medical involvement — just calm, usable education and well-structured tools.

We are based in Pattaya and have worked with households across Chon Buri since our founding. Our clients include Thai-international couples, expatriate families, multigenerational households, and parents navigating shared parenting responsibilities.

Our Mission

What We Are Here to Do

Our mission is to give families in Thailand the skills and tools they need to communicate with more clarity and run their shared life with less friction. We believe that most household difficulties become more manageable when people have better ways to talk with each other and can see their responsibilities laid out clearly.

We do this through structured group workshops, one-household administrative sessions, and a longer cooperative program that brings both areas together. The pace is always yours.

A Note on Scope

All services at Famora are general education and administrative organisation. We are not a legal practice, a counselling service, or a healthcare provider. Our content does not constitute advice of any professional kind.

The People Behind It

Our Small, Focused Team

Everyone at Famora brings a background in education, facilitation, or household administration. We keep the team deliberately small so each client household gets real attention.

Our Standards

How We Work and What We Stand By

These principles guide every session, template, and interaction at Famora.

Scope Clarity

We are honest and consistent about what we do and do not offer. Our services cover education and administration only — we never step into legal, clinical, or financial advisory territory.

Privacy by Default

Information shared with us during workshops or sessions stays within our team. We do not share household details externally or use client information in materials without permission.

Neutral Facilitation

In group workshops and household sessions, we maintain a neutral stance. We teach frameworks and tools — we do not take sides or direct decisions within families.

Evidence-Informed Content

Our workshop materials draw from well-established communication and organisational behaviour research. We revisit and update content regularly to keep it relevant and well-grounded.

Respect for the Household

Every family has its own structure and circumstances. We do not push a single model of what a household should look like. Our job is to help yours work better on its own terms.

Accessible Communication

All programs are delivered in clear English. We avoid jargon and make sure participants leave each session with something they can actually use — not just a concept to consider.

Family Education and Document Organisation in Pattaya

Famora sits at the intersection of practical communication education and household administration. Families in Pattaya and the wider Chon Buri area often manage complex lives — international work schedules, mixed-language households, and shared parenting arrangements across different routines. What most of these households share is a need for better communication habits and clearer administrative structures, not deeper intervention.

Our three core offerings address this directly. The Communication Skills Workshop gives family members practical tools for listening well, raising concerns calmly, and planning together without the conversations escalating. The Family Paperwork Organizer takes the often-avoided task of household record-keeping and turns it into a manageable system using templates and a single working session. The Cooperative Family Program combines both areas into a structured multi-week course suited to households managing shared responsibilities over time.

Famora is not affiliated with any government body, healthcare institution, or legal practice. Our work is entirely educational and administrative. Families who work with us retain full authority over their own decisions — we provide knowledge, structure, and tools, not direction.
