What We Did

They attended the Communication Skills Workshop together. The structured listening exercises and calm de-escalation practice gave them a shared framework to refer back to — language they both understood, rather than patterns shaped by two different cultural defaults.

What We Did

We ran two Family Paperwork Organizer sessions over a single week. The first covered document categories and set up the filing structure. The second was a working session where the household went through existing materials and filed them into the new system.

Outcome

Within two weeks the household had a complete, maintained filing system. Six weeks later they returned to report that finding documents had become routine rather than stressful, and that the shared calendar template was in daily use.
